Bonspiel with Skip Eugene Hritzuk

We are very excited to host a celebrity skip for the 2025 Houston, We Have a Bonspiel! Three lucky curlers will get a chance to play on Eugene's team and he will also be leading two - One Hour Skills Clinics!

About Eugene Hritzuk:

Eugene Hritzuk is a curler from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He is a former World Senior men's Champion Skip, 2008 & 2009, and participating in years 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2012. He has won two provincial championships, qualifying for The Brier both years, 1985 and 1988. Eugene has also represented Saskatchewan at the Canadian Masters Curling Championship in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2018; winning in 2014. Most recently, Eugene has focused on the science of curling and has been commissioned by World Curling to study the effects of sweeping and is recognized as the most knowledgeable sweeping coach!

Celebrity Team Raffle: $20 per ticket and no limit on number of entries for a chance to play on his team! Winners will still need to register and pay for an entry to the bonspiel. We encourage you to sign up with a team, but let your team know that you are trying to win a spot. Once the winners are announced, we can help fill your spot should you win! Ticket sales open from March 7th through June 29th. Drawings will be held June 30th and winners contacted and announced by July 1st.

Skills Clinic: During the bonspiel, Eugene will be leading two (2) - One Hour Skills Clinics. Each clinic will be limited to six (6) curlers to provide as close to a one-on-one experience as possible. $75 per curler. Register now buy purchasing your ticket(s) below!
